The CLIMAAX Community of Practice (CoP) is a collaborative network designed to foster learning, exchange of knowledge, and collaboration among practitioners, experts, and stakeholders engaged in Climate Risk Assessment (CRA) at local and regional levels across Europe.
The CoP brings together individuals and organizations committed to advancing climate resilience by sharing experiences, co-designing solutions, and building capacity through interactive workshops, knowledge-sharing activities, and the development of innovative tools.

Co-designing the future of climate risk assessments
The CLIMAAX CoP is at the heart of the CLIMAAX Framework, playing a central role in its co-design and in shaping a harmonised approach to climate risk assessment through collective intelligence and stakeholder input.
Through targeted events, peer exchange opportunities, and practical guidance on the project’s tools, the CoP supports regions in building the capacity and knowledge needed to implement the CLIMAAX Framework effectively and translate complex data into actionable, locally relevant resilience strategies.
