New community features launched in the Handbook GitHub Space

The Handbook Forum and the Workflow Applications Catalogue are open to everyone, regardless of their involvement in the CLIMAAX project. Feel free to share this information within your networks!

The CLIMAAX consortium is pleased to announce a major step forward in making the CRA Handbook more community-driven and collaborative. Two new features have been launched in the project’s GitHub space to enhance engagement and support among climate risk assessment practicioners:

  • Handbook Forum – A dedicated space where users can connect, share experiences, ask questions, and receive support directly from the Handbook team.
  • Workflow Applications Catalogue – Now open for submissions, enabling users to share regional workflow examples and custom workflow features to help build a diverse and practical library of applications.

Both features are open to everyone – not only CLIMAAX project partners – encouraging broader community participation. The Handbook pages on support, engagement, and contributions have also been updated with detailed guidance to help users get started (by Christopher Polster, ECMWF).
