Webinar | CRA activities in the Žilina city

Martin Kubáň (KAJO Services) highlights the Climate Risk Assessment (CRA) activities initiated by the CLIMAAX project in Žilina city. Heatwaves and flashfloods were identified as the two most pressing climate risks by the Žilina City administration.

The main focus of the presentation is on the heatwave toolbox. This toolbox was developed primarily to address the specific needs of Žilina city, incorporating all requirements provided by the Žilina City Office throughout the creation process.

The result is a robust and comprehensive heatwave toolbox that can be applied across the entire Europe.
